When searching for properties we advise to check Daft.ie and MyHome.ie for available properties in your desired area you can filter results based on area, cost and type of property.

Register your interest – Your first email

When you have found your desired property, you must register your interest by either responding to the advertisement or emailing the agent directly.

In this email you must include as much detail as possible about yourself and all applicants. This email should include personal information including your employment history, how you were previously as a tenant and other details that would aid in your application.

Submit your application

Start by filling out your application; this should include details like your name, phone number, PPS and other personal details which will be sent to you by the agent after you register your interest.

Await confirmation on viewing times

Await confirmation from the agent on viewing times we advise to check your email for the coming days after you submit your application.

After the Viewing

After the viewing you will be requested by the agent to submit some of your personal documents such as;

Rolling balance/funds
Identification
Previous and current Landlord written reference
Employment Reference
Proof of Address

We would advise to have these documents to hand after the viewing has concluded. Once these documents are submitted the agent will review.
