Some great news for Clongriffin recently, with planning permission granted for a new 209 bedroom hotel, and new block of 139 apartments.
Both blocks will be constructed next to Clongriffin DART Station, and this phase in the evolution of Clongriffin will bring high quality accommodation and great facilities to the area.
The hotel will consist 209 guest bedrooms with hotel bar/restaurant & reception areas, function rooms and meeting rooms, fitness suite and 20 apartments for short-term / holiday lettings.
The new residential development will consist of 28 one bedroom, 97 two bedroom and 14 three bedroom apartments with ancillary common facilities including meeting rooms, gym, cycle park, concierge, entrance courtyard and roof gardens; 5 retail units (c.427 sqm total) and 139 basement car spaces.
